Cannacycl only collects the data necessary to provide its services and stores it in the anonymized way in our own self-hosted CRM and analytics system.

Cannacycl does not use any profiling based on your website or social media visits or interactions. We do not use cookies that could be used to identify the visitor or user. We also do not use any other tracking technologies such as pixels or fingerprints.

Cannacycl headquarters and operations are located in the state of Colorado, USA; our servers are also in the USA. Any request or demand by a government (including the US government) for disclosure of data is carefully reviewed by our lawyer. We will not disclose any data or information until it is proven that a current law that affects our business and operations clearly requires us to do so.  And even if this hypothetical situation arises, we will point out that we do not possess any visitor or user personal data that we could provide. To date, we have not received such a request.
